Energetic Blake Rips Justin Baldoni in ‘It Ends With Us’ Clip
Blake Lively Expresses Outrage Over Justin Baldoni’s Video Release is creating waves in the media, as she fervently argues that the unedited footage from “It Ends With Us” only reinforces her claims of discomfort during the filming. She emphasizes that the footage substantiates her assertions regarding Baldoni’s inappropriate advances, highlighting a pivotal moment of tension between the two actors.
In a statement to TMZ, Blake’s legal representatives assert, “Despite Justin Baldoni and his legal team’s intentions to preemptively counter damaging evidence against him, the released video is undeniably incriminating. Each frame of the footage aligns perfectly with what Ms. Lively described in Paragraph 48 of her Complaint, further solidifying her position.”

Blake’s legal team continues, “The footage clearly depicts Mr. Baldoni persistently leaning toward Ms. Lively, attempting to kiss her, kissing her forehead, rubbing his face against her neck, flicking her lip with his thumb, caressing her, and complimenting her scent, all while engaging her in conversation outside of character.”
While the scene might appear to be a typical portrayal of two actors falling in love, Blake’s team stresses that none of the intimate moments were scripted or choreographed. They assert, “Every single interaction was improvised by Mr. Baldoni without prior dialogue or consent, and there was no intimacy coordinator present. Mr. Baldoni held multiple roles as Ms. Lively’s co-star, director, studio head, and employer.”
Blake’s attorneys argue that her body language of leaning away from Justin during the scene was not an act. They state, “The video captures Ms. Lively physically distancing herself while consistently requesting that their characters simply engage in dialogue. Any woman who has experienced inappropriate touching in a workplace setting will recognize Ms. Lively’s evident discomfort and her attempts to introduce humor to deflect unwanted contact. No woman should be forced to adopt defensive postures to evade unwanted touching from their employer without consent.”
Reports indicated that Justin’s team released nearly 10 minutes of raw footage, believing it would prove he did not engage in sexual harassment against Blake during the filming of the scene, illustrating the complexity of the situation.

However, Blake’s legal team highlights Paragraph 48 of her lawsuit, which states, in part, “At one point, [Baldoni] leaned forward and slowly dragged his lips from her ear down her neck while he said, ‘it smells so good.’ None of this behavior was remotely aligned with the character they were portraying, nor was it based on any scripted dialogue; the lack of sound made it clear that Mr. Baldoni was engaging in caressing Ms. Lively with his mouth in a manner unrelated to their roles.”
This latest development in the high-profile legal battle emerges as Blake’s legal team describes Justin’s lawsuit against her as “An age-old narrative: A woman speaks out with concrete evidence of sexual harassment, and the perpetrator attempts to flip the script on the victim. This is a classic case of DARVO – Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender.”
Additionally, Taylor Swift has notably been mentioned in Justin’s lawsuit, where he included a text message that allegedly shows Blake Lively comparing herself to Daenerys Targaryen, a prominent character from “Game of Thrones,” claiming that she and her husband Ryan Reynolds are her “dragons.”

In a dramatic turn, Justin is pursuing legal action against Lively, Reynolds, and Blake’s publicist, Leslie Sloane, for defamation, civil extortion, and interference with contractual relations, among other claims, seeking damages of at least $400 million.
Conversely, Blake has accused Baldoni of showing her explicit photographs and videos of other women, discussing a supposed “pornography addiction,” detailing his sexual conquests, and making comments about her weight. Following her initial complaint, she filed a lawsuit against Baldoni for psychological distress and emotional suffering.
Regarding the newly released unedited clip, Blake’s attorneys state, “Distributing this video to the media rather than presenting it as evidence in court exemplifies an unethical attempt to sway public opinion. This reflects an ongoing pattern of harassment and retaliatory behavior. While they focus on creating misleading media narratives, we concentrate on the legal process. Our objective remains to compel Mr. Baldoni and his associates to provide testimony in court under oath instead of relying on orchestrated media antics.”
