What began as a few scattered performances at the end of 2024 has now blossomed into a full-fledged 25-date tour, showcasing Simmons? relentless passion for rock music. The tour is set to launch on April 3 in Anaheim, California, and will continue through late May, culminating with a thrilling show in Houston. During a candid conversation on Steve-O?s Wild Ride podcast, Simmons discussed the financial advantages of his solo performances, revealing a strategy that he describes as a “semi-genius” business model.

In his words, ?I designed a business model that is just semi-genius. I show up with my guitar pick. That’s it. There’s no manager, no roadies, no trucks, no equipment. Everything is provided by the promoter.? This streamlined approach means that all logistics, including flights, hotels, amplifiers, and drums, are handled locally by the promoter, allowing Simmons to maximize his earnings. He emphasized that he earns significantly more per show as the frontman of the Gene Simmons Band compared to his time in Kiss, without the overhead of a vast crew or extensive tour equipment.
