The iconic Stray Cats have officially revealed their highly anticipated fall 2025 tour dates, igniting excitement among fans of rockabilly music.
This monthlong tour features over 20 exhilarating shows, commencing in late October and continuing through late November. The legendary band last graced the stage during their summer tour in 2024, and fans are eager for their return.
“What continually amazes me is how this dynamic music resonates with audiences—decades later, it remains just as raw and authentic,” expressed lead singer and guitarist Brian Setzer in a press release announcing the tour. “We now see fans from every generation enjoying the experience.”

“The unique sound we create when the three of us come together on stage is unmatched—it’s high-octane rockabilly, loud, and proud,” exclaimed bassist Lee Rocker. “We’re incredibly fired up to deliver this exhilarating experience to fans across the nation once again!”
“The Stray Cats are set to embark on a remarkable indoor tour,” stated drummer Slim Jim Phantom. “I’m absolutely thrilled and excited to hit the road in 2025 with the best rockabilly band in the world! These venues are where we truly shine, and I can guarantee one thing 100%.”
In February, Setzer shared concerns about his ability to play guitar due to an autoimmune disease impacting his hands. “I wanted to provide an update to everyone,” he posted on social media. “Towards the conclusion of the last Stray Cats tour, I began experiencing cramping in my hands. It turns out I have an autoimmune condition, which has made it difficult to play guitar.”
“While there is no pain, it feels like I’m wearing a pair of gloves when attempting to play. I’ve noticed some improvement in that I can now hold a pen and tie my shoes, which may sound trivial, but there was a time when I couldn’t do even that. Thankfully, I have access to the best medical care available at the Mayo Clinic, just down the street from me. I am determined to overcome this challenge; it will just require some time.”

It appears that Setzer has made enough progress in his recovery to reunite with his longtime bandmates for their upcoming tour later this year.
