The comprehensive 25th Anniversary Edition features an impressive collection of 59 tracks, including an astonishing 40 unreleased demos, alternate mixes, and live recordings, all thoughtfully arranged across six LPs. This extensive set not only includes new artwork and rare imagery sourced from the band’s personal archives but also features nine exclusive collector photo cards, making it a must-have for any devoted fan and collector of heavy metal music.

In anticipation of the anniversary release, the band has unveiled an unreleased demo of “Prosthetics,” which was recorded prior to their pivotal sessions at Indigo Ranch with renowned producer Ross Robinson. This raw version of the track provides a fascinating glimpse into the band’s creative process, showcasing an early iteration that later transformed into one of the album’s most sinister and impactful cuts, illustrating the band’s evolution and artistic depth.

A limited edition run of 100 “blood-filled” vinyl copies was made available to fans through the band’s secret website, 742617000027.net, which sold out in mere seconds, causing the site to crash due to overwhelming demand. Additionally, the general 6LP box set contains blood-splattered vinyl, limited to 1,899 copies, along with various other formats, including a 2LP, 2CD, and digital versions, thus catering to fans with diverse preferences for enjoying their music.

Among the rare tracks included in this anniversary edition are the iconic Indigo Ranch mixes, early demos of pivotal songs like “Wait and Bleed” and “Spit It Out,” as well as alternate mixes produced by Jay Baumgardner and Ulrich Wild. The live recordings capture Slipknot’s explosive rise to fame, including a memorable 1999 show in Hartford, Connecticut, as well as several monumental performances in the UK and Iowa during the year 2000, showcasing the band’s dynamic stage presence and musical prowess.
