Rejects ‘Non-Accidental’ Findings

Eric Rosenbrook is strongly contesting the official findings regarding his baby daughter’s death, and TMZ has learned that he and Leida Margaretha have engaged a private medical examiner to dispute the autopsy results.
The “90 Day Fiancé” star informs TMZ that he disagrees with the conclusion labeling Alisa‘s death as “non-accidental,” asserting that their privately hired medical examiner believes the original autopsy was inadequately conducted.
Eric states that their expert identified several critical steps that were overlooked and claims the report failed to accurately determine or clearly articulate the age of a fracture mentioned in the investigation. According to Eric, their private medical examiner suggests that one injury might have occurred during childbirth, potentially during Alisa’s C-section approximately five weeks prior to her death.
He also mentions that a rib fracture noted in the report could have resulted from CPR efforts, explaining that ribs can fracture during resuscitation attempts.
Eric tells TMZ that he and Leida — who he asserts he is still married to — confronted the Adams County Health and Human Services Department regarding its evaluation. He claims that the sheriff’s department has not found Leida at fault and states they requested authorities months ago to review additional information, but he alleges that HHS was not interested in their input.
Eric did not hold back in his criticism of CPS either, telling TMZ that the agency is “the definition of fascism,” adding, “As far as CPS goes, they’re a hammer and every parent is a nail.”
The Wisconsin report indicates that no criminal charges have been filed concerning the baby’s death, and the investigation is still ongoing. Leida previously denied any wrongdoing related to her newborn daughter’s death months after she and Eric’s daughter was taken off life support in July 2025.
Regarding whether they will attempt to have another child, he states they have not yet made that decision.
