Albums Announced This Week You Should Know About

Here are five of the biggest new rock and metal album announcements that took place this week.

We have a mix of well-established veterans and relative newcomers on the list, with three more records added to an already promising March. Finally, after hearing Gary Holt discuss how busy Exodus has been working on two LPs worth of material, we have Goliath to look forward to. The opening track, “3111,” has also been released and it marks the return of vocalist Rob Dukes, who last appeared on 2010’s Exhibit B: The Human Condition.

On the hard rock front, Sevendust remains one of the most prolific bands of their era, having announced their 15th album as they approach the 30th anniversary of their debut next year.
