Batman is getting a surprise crossover with Shonen Jump’s best new-gen manga, and the results are nothing short of epic. After three years of serialization, Chip Zdarsky’s Batman came to a close in February 2025, and following the miniseries Batman: Hush 2, Matt Fraction will take over as the new writer with a new #1 for the line.

Matt Fraction’s Batman will surely be exciting, and it’s building up even more hype with the reveal that one of the variant covers for the new Batman run pays direct homage to Shonen Jump’s new hit manga, Kagurabachi.

The homage is nothing short of spectacular, and it says a lot about how quickly Kagurabachi has become a worldwide sensation.
