Although the couple had not confirmed their marriage after getting engaged in September 2025, the Bloody Valentine star’s husband filed for divorce on January 22, according to documents obtained by multiple outlets. On the same day, Jaime expressed that she was “blindsided” by the investor’s decision to abruptly end their marriage.

“I was completely blindsided by the divorce filing, which came out of nowhere,” the 46-year-old told Page Six in a statement published on January 22. “I was with Austin the night before it became public, and while like many marriages we had normal challenges, I genuinely believed we were working on our relationship.”

Jaime—who shares children James and Leo with ex Kyle Newman—further dismissed any suggestion of infidelity as a cause for the breakup, adding, “Any recent interactions being referenced publicly were strictly professional business meetings and have no connection to this private matter.”
