Best Dressed Celebrities at the Red Carpet Event

Key Highlights

  • Best Dressed: The most coveted title at the Golden Globes this year is Best Dressed.
  • Red Carpet Fashion: Stars are showcasing bold fashion choices at the Beverly Hilton.
  • Hailee Steinfeld’s Appearance: Hailee Steinfeld made her first red carpet appearance since announcing her pregnancy.
  • Film Nominations: The event honors films like One Battle After Another and Wicked: For Good.

The Golden Globes has fierce competition for the biggest award of the evening.

And while that’s certainly true for Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Actress and the like, the category all of these stars are vying for at the Jan. 11 ceremony is Best Dressed. Indeed, the stars are showing out in some of their boldest looks yet outside the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Laufey kicked off the red carpet with a gorgeous custom Balenciaga orange gown, a subtle nod to Marty Supreme, which is up for Best Picture—Musical or Comedy. Meanwhile, Heated Rivalry star Connor Storrie—who is set to present—and One Battle After Another‘s Teyana Taylor shut down the red carpet in Saint Laurent and custom Schiaparelli, respectively.

Of course, all heads turned to see Hailee Steinfeld make her first red carpet appearance since announcing her pregnancy with husband Josh Allen. The Sinners actress sported a gorgeous baby pink gown with silver detailing that accentuated her bump.

The party doesn’t stop when the best dressed walks in, though. This evening, some of the biggest films of the last year from One Battle After Another—which leads the evening with a whopping nine nominations—to Wicked: For Good are being honored, on top of beloved television shows like Hacks, The White Lotus and the smash Netflix limited series Adolescence
