The previous chapters of the manga focused heavily on Asta’s recovery. After Lucius injured him, Asta’s allies took to the battlefield to confront Lucius, his Paladins, and the Guardian Angels. Meanwhile, Mimosa Vermillion healed Asta using her Healing Magic, with assistance from Charmy Pappitson due to her mana shortage.

With the Black Clover manga soon releasing its next batch of chapters, here is everything fans can expect from the upcoming big update.

Asta Will Rejoin the Fight in Black Clover’s Next Chapters

As seen in the previous chapters, after Lucius Zogratis injured Asta, Yuno teleported him to Mimosa for healing. Although Mimosa faced challenges in healing Asta, she ultimately succeeded with help from Charmy and others.

Once Asta recovered, he equipped his Demon-Slasher Katana and issued a warcry, warning Lucius that he was coming after him. Therefore, it is highly likely that Asta will rejoin Yuno in the fight against Lucius Zogratis.

However, the manga has yet to confirm Liebe’s status. Fans will remember that Liebe was also injured by Lucius during their last encounter. Depending on whether Liebe is healed, Asta may or may not utilize his Devil Union.

Mereoleona Vermillion May Clash Against Her Former Friend in the Next Chapters

Earlier in the manga, Mereoleona Vermillion faced off against Paladin Moris Libardirt while Noelle Silva battled her mother Acier. However, after the Diamond Kingdom mages engaged Moris and Acier was no longer herself, Mereoleona decided to take over Noelle’s fight.

The anime previously indicated that Mereoleona had a good relationship with Acier Silva. Acier trained Mereoleona, and despite her elemental weakness against Mereoleona’s magic, the former Silver Eagle Captain never lost a fight.

Thus, a potential battle between Mereoleona Vermillion and Paladin Acier Silva could serve as a final showdown between these two characters. This confrontation might also act as a catalyst to reveal more scenes from their shared past. Therefore, fans may have much to uncover in the upcoming chapters.

Noelle Silva Might Join Asta in the Fight Against Lucius Zogratis

Asta has been paired with several female characters in Black Clover, but two main ones are Noelle Silva and Mimosa Vermillion. While Mimosa has long wanted to support Asta, Noelle aims to become strong enough to fight alongside him. This dynamic has been developing throughout the manga.

The previous chapters depicted Mimosa healing Asta, fulfilling her long-held desire. Meanwhile, after witnessing Asta being slashed by Lucius, Noelle declared her intention to join him for the fight. Although this plan faced an obstacle due to Paladin Acier Silva’s return, Mereoleona took over Noelle’s fight, allowing her to join Asta.

However, as fans may recall, just as Acier Silva returned, Noelle was shown contemplating her lack of mana. Thus, the next chapter could open with Noelle seeking assistance from Mimosa or Charmy for mana replenishment. Following that, fans can anticipate her fighting alongside Asta for the first time in a long while.

Asta Might Share His Ant-Magic With Noelle

As fans may recall, Asta can share his Anti-Magic with those closest to him. He has already shared his powers with his rival Yuno Grinberryall and members of his Magic Knight Squad, Black Bulls.

However, one character he has yet to share his powers with is Noelle Silva. Fans have already seen Noelle’s new form, Valkyrie Armor Dragon Form. Therefore, it is highly likely that they will witness an Anti-Magic version of this form in the upcoming chapters of the manga.

The question remains: how will Asta’s Anti-Magic alter Noelle’s Valkyrie Armor Dragon Form? Will it only add Anti-Magic attributes to her spells or will it also change her transformation appearance-wise?
