The Blue Note Jazz Festival’s Black Radio Experience is set to make a grand return to California this summer, and the lineup promises to be extraordinary, featuring some of the most talented artists in the music industry.
On Tuesday, May 6, the festival officially revealed its 2025 lineup, which boasts headlining performances from acclaimed artists like Jazmine Sullivan, The Roots, and a yet-to-be-announced mystery headliner that has fans buzzing with anticipation. The festival will also feature performances from the Artist in Residence, Robert Glasper, who is not only the founder of The Black Radio Experience but also hosts this legendary weekend filled with incredible music and camaraderie.
Additional artists joining the lineup include renowned names such as Lupe Fiasco, Big Daddy Kane, Willow, Saba, Hiatus Kaiyote, Esperanza Spalding, Little Brother, and many others. Excitingly, more acts will be unveiled in the coming weeks, making this festival a must-attend for music lovers.

“Black Radio Experience and Robtober are the platforms I use to gather all my favorite artists and collaborators together as one big family reunion, and this year is no different!” Glasper expressed in a recent statement. “I’m truly honored to be part of such an incredible community and to bring that community back together for another fantastic weekend in Napa.”
The Blue Note Jazz Festival originally launched in New York in 2011, with its Napa edition commencing in 2022 under the curation of Robert Glasper. Previous headliners have included illustrious names like John Legend, NAS, Mary J. Blige, Chance the Rapper, Maxwell, Jill Scott, and many more. In 2024, the Napa festival was presented as a significant spin-off featuring The Black Radio Experience, in collaboration with Glasper at the Meritage Hotel.
The festival is scheduled to take place from August 29 to 31 at the stunning Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa. Fans will have the opportunity to purchase presale tickets starting on Wednesday, May 7, at 9 A.M. PT/12 P.M. ET. General ticket sales will commence on Friday, May 9, at 9 A.M. PT/12 P.M. ET.
