Bobby Berk and husband Dewey Do are happy with the size of their family.

In a new interview, the 44-year-old Queer Eye alum explained why he and his surgeon husband, who have been married since 2012, have decided they don’t want kids.

“I mean, in this day and age — and this is not to knock anybody’s decision to have or not have kids — but for me, I would just have a hard time bringing any child into the world right now,” he admitted.

Bobby also acknowledged that his and Dewey‘s busy careers played a significant role in their decision.

“I just don’t have enough time to devote [to parenting],” the interior designer said.

Instead, Bobby and Dewey are very content spoiling their dog Bimini, a mini Labradoodle.

“Bimini is very spoiled,” Bobby said, adding that his husband is “a very good cook” who enjoys preparing meals for their dog.

“He cooks for her, and it’s usually bison or rack of lamb with sweet potatoes and peas and carrots. No processed food for her,” Bobby shared, quickly clarifying, “It’s not plated. She’s not that bougie.”
