Daredevil: Born Again fans are concerned that Season 2 of the popular MCU show may face delays.
Marvel Television’s Daredevil: Born Again premiered on Disney+ in March 2025. A continuation of the Netflix series, Born Again features Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio reprising their roles as Matt Murdock/Daredevil and Wilson Fisk/Kingpin. The second season is currently anticipated to release next year, and a third season has already been confirmed.
Why are Daredevil: Born Again fans worried that Season 2 could get delayed?
According to The Direct, Disney’s internal press page for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 has removed the specific release date information. It previously indicated that the show’s second season would premiere on March 4, 2026, but now it simply states that it will debut on Disney+ in 2026.
However, both Marvel and Disney+’s websites still state that the show is set to arrive in March 2026, and there has been no official announcement from Marvel regarding any delays. Nonetheless, some fans remain apprehensive about a potential postponement.
In addition to Cox and D’Onofrio, the cast of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 includes Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Franklin “Foggy” Nelson, Wilson Bethel as Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter/Bullseye, Zabryna Guevara as Sheila Rivera, Nikki M. James as Kirsten McDuffie, Genneya Walton as BB Urich, Arty Froushan as Buck Cashman, Clark Johnson as Cherry, Michael Gandolfini as Daniel Blake, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk, Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones, Matthew Lillard as Mr. Charles, and more.
It was recently announced that Jon Bernthal’s Frank Castle/Punisher will not appear in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2; however, fans won’t have to wait long for his return to the MCU, as he is set to feature in his own Marvel Studios special and will also be part of the cast of Spider-Man 4.
