The first trailer for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 was shown at New York Comic Con.
Marvel Television’s Daredevil: Born Again premiered on Disney+ this past March. A continuation of the Netflix series, Born Again sees Charlie Cox reprise his role as Matt Murdock, while Vincent D’Onofrio also returns as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin.
Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 will arrive next year, while the MCU show has also already been renewed for a third season.
What happens in the Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 trailer?
While the Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 trailer hasn’t been released online, Variety has a description of the footage and has revealed that Elden Henson’s Foggy Nelson, who was killed in the first episode of Daredevil: Born Again Season 1, unexpectedly returns.
Additionally, Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones is seen in the trailer, while Kingpin is depicted “boxing an opponent in a ring.”
The cast of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 also includes Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Wilson Bethel as Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter/Bullseye, Nikki M. James as Kirsten McDuffie, Genneya Walton as BB Urich, Clark Johnson as Cherry, Michael Gandolfini as Daniel Blake, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle/Punisher, Matthew Lillard as Mr. Charles, and more.
Ritter spoke about her return as Marvel’s Jessica Jones when addressing attendees at New York Comic Con, via Entertainment Weekly: “I got the talking points and they say, ‘Please don’t reveal anything about Jessica Jones.’ I’ll say that Jessica is back, and it’s exciting to be in the action; she looks cool as ever…I’ve been asked about it every day, and when they finally announced it I kept looking over my shoulder: ‘Are you sure? Am I allowed to say this now?’ So it was a long time in the works, and I’m so excited to be back.”
Marvel Studios’ Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 will premiere on the Disney+ streaming service in March 2026.
