Brad Pitt has a clear and intriguing guideline when it comes to action movies: all stunts and scenes must remain grounded.

Despite being a prominent figure in numerous action-packed films throughout his extensive career, the F1 icon insists on a single stipulation if he is to share the screen again with Tom Cruise.

In a humorous exchange during an exclusive interview with E! News aired on June 12, Brad jokingly remarked, “I’m not gonna hang my ass off airplane [and] s–t like that,” asserting he would consider a reunion with his Interview With the Vampire co-star “when he does something again that’s on the ground.”

While the Mr. & Mrs. Smith star is not keen on replicating the daring stunts that Tom executed himself throughout the thrilling Mission: Impossible franchise, he maintains a deep respect for his fellow actor. The two shared memorable moments racing go-karts during the filming of their iconic 1994 vampire film.

“He got me in the end,” Brad confessed about their lighthearted competitions. “I gotta admit.”

The admiration between the two actors is clearly mutual. Earlier this year, Tom expressed his enthusiasm for Brad’s upcoming Formula 1 movie, referring to the Fight Club star as his “friend” while reminiscing about their go-kart rivalry.
