Wherever she goes, Jodie Sweetin tends to have differing opinions from Candace Cameron Bure.
Indeed, the Full House alum recently reflected on how her onscreen sister “does her thing” regarding certain views.
“We sit on very opposite sides of things,” Jodie stated on the Feb. 12 episode of Only Child with Bob the Drag Queen, “and I’m just kind of a loud, outspoken person about a lot of things, and that’s not going to stop me.”
Referring to Candace’s contrasting viewpoints, the 44-year-old added, “If that ain’t you, that ain’t you.”
Jodie previously addressed her Fuller House costar’s position on the LGBTQ+ community after Candace launched her Great American Family network in 2022, which she stated aimed to maintain “traditional marriage” at its core.
“We’ve lived very different lifestyles,” Jodie shared on The Vault with Monica & Amir podcast in April 2025. “We just exist in very different worlds.”
Despite their differing perspectives, however, the pair share a lifetime of history.
