Micah Plath has openly discussed his struggles with infidelity in his romantic relationships, admitting that he has had difficulty maintaining fidelity.
His transparency about this issue has sparked significant conversation.
During a previous episode of Welcome to Plathville, Veronica Peters repeatedly expressed concerns about her boyfriend’s disloyalty on camera.
“I hate his behavior. I’ve denied it all. I’ve made a united front. I lied to people,” Veronica conveyed to the audience, all while Micah was seated beside her, visibly uncomfortable.
(TLC)Recently, footage shared by Us Weekly from the August 5 episode of the same TLC series reveals Micah’s response to Veronica’s allegations.
Surprisingly, he does not refute her claims at all.
“When we did long distance in L.A. … I was still doing other relationships,” the 24-year-old candidly confessed, shedding light on his past actions.
Micah elaborated, stating, “all of that stopped when I decided to move here,” but he quickly contradicted himself with: “However, I didn’t close any of the doors. I kept keeping up with other females and meeting up with them.”
(TLC)Currently, Micah and Veronica are cohabitating in Florida (at least during the filming of this season), suggesting that Veronica may have found a way to forgive Micah for his previous infidelity.
Nonetheless, she still has strong feelings regarding the situation.
“It’s crazy because he was cheating on me for a while every time he went to New York with this girl,” Peters revealed to the camera in this episode, disclosing that it was actually Micah’s New York companion who initially informed her about his cheating through a phone call.
This admission was confirmed by Plath, who expressed a sense of remorse, stating, “I committed before I was ready to commit. I was not in it for the longest time.”
Micah Plath’s girlfriend, Veronica Peters, makes her small screen debut. (TLC)Earlier in the season, Veronica expressed feelings of betrayal by Moriah Plath, who was aware of her brother’s cheating behavior.
“I’d back you when you hurt me. You don’t care. You care about yourself,” she directly addressed Micah, revealing her hurt and frustration. “I have backed you. When you have done the most selfish things, I have backed you.”
After some time has passed, Micah claims that he has “cut out every relationship with every girl” and asserts that he “came clean” about his actions in May 2024.
“I gave her full access to my phone. Full access to everything,” he stated during the August 5 episode, emphasizing his commitment to transparency.
He expressed gratitude to both the producers and to Veronica, stating that he is “so grateful” she offered him “a chance to prove myself and to change because I don’t deserve that at all.” He added:
“And since then, it’s been 10 months or so now, I’ve been as transparent as I possibly can be to her.”

This spring, in a preview for Welcome to Plathville Season 7, Veronica confessed that she struggled to envision a positive resolution for her relationship with Micah.
“I feel like I’m in chemistry class and, like, mixing things together, and it’s going to explode any second,” she remarked, illustrating her anxiety about their future together.
“I know this will go bad. Mark my words,” she concluded, encapsulating her fears.
