Chris Pratt is a father of four, and revealed an uncommon (in today’s age) fact about his three youngest with wife Katherine Schwarzenegger – they’ve never seen a movie!

The 46-year-old actor, who also shares son Jack with ex Anna Farris, has several family friendly movies, including animated features The Lego Movie, Onward, The Super Mario Bros Movie, and The Garfield Movie, with a couple sequels on the way.

He recently opened up about how his daughters Lyla, 5, and Eloise, 3, and son Ford, 16 months, haven’t watched any of them, and revealed the reason why.

During an appearance on the Today show this week, Chris was asked if his kids “know how cool it is that you are the voice of one of the most iconic characters [Mario].”

“He thinks it’s pretty cool,” he shared of Jack. “My five-year-old, my three-year-old, and my one-year-old have never seen movies. Katherine is very old-school when it comes to screens and technology and all of that stuff. So, we’re waiting.”

Chris acknowledged that he knows there will be a day when they realize “their dad is really cool.”

“They haven’t realized it yet, but one day. Jack likes me though,” he said.
