Christopher recently opened up about his transformation while speaking at the Inaugural Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit in Los Angeles this May. He revealed that losing weight has been a process of more than five years.
“I started in 2019, when I was living in Australia,” he said at the time.
“I just saw how much my weight was prohibiting me from doing everyday activities. It took a lot of trial and error, and even still to this day … I don’t feel like I’m an ‘after’ yet.”
Christopher explained that he first became insecure about his weight in high school and even tried customized meal plans back then. He later credited small but consistent lifestyle changes, including cutting out bread during Lent one year, which helped him drop 30 pounds, with setting him on a sustainable path.
His dad previously praised him publicly, saying he “could never” call his son overweight and was proud of the hard work he’s put in.
