On what would have been his 55th birthday on Monday (July 8), a section of Bergen Street in Crown Heights was officially renamed Reggie ?Combat Jack? Ossé Place in honor of the beloved Hip Hop personality.
Combat?s son, NYC council member Chi Ossé, posted a photograph on Instagram of the newly-unveiled road signal together with the caption: ?Today, we named a street for my dad on the block where he raised us, happy birthday @reggieosse.?
His publish was flooded with constructive feedback from a lot of his father?s pals and friends, with former podcast co-host Premium Pete writing: ?Love to see it! Pops would be so proud, you made that happen.
