Couples Still Together: Who Made It Through?

In the inaugural episode of 16 and Pregnant, viewers were introduced to Maci Bookout, a Tennessee-based softball player and cheerleader with a self-described “wild side.”

Her four-wheel-riding fiancé Ryan Edwards had chased the dirtbike-obsessed teen down and dropped to one knee because, as each episode of the MTV series began, “I’m pregnant.”

Some 16 sweet years later, the reality star is 34 and done with pregnancy, having welcomed Bentley, now 16, with Ryan, plus Jayde, 10, and Maverick, 9, with her husband of nearly nine years Taylor McKinney.

And while her and Ryan’s romance didn’t even make it to the end of that premiere episode, their relationship has cruised into a new chapter with Maci excitedly celebrating Ryan’s engagement to Amanda Conner and the February arrival of their daughter Presley. (He also shares Jagger, 10, and Stella, 5, with ex-wife Mackenzie Standifer.)

The former pair even added a joint Florida getaway to their what-I-did-on-summer-vacation list, coming together for a late July beach trip. “See…you can be a blended family,” Amanda captioned her Facebook post documenting their travels. “But only if you want what’s best for your children.”
