Dakota Johnson Trilogy and More R-Rated Netflix Releases This Week

Netflix’s new TV and movie release schedule for March 1 to March 8, 2026, includes the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy, Jurassic World, and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

On March 1, the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy drops on Netflix. Based on the novel series of the same name by E.L James, the film covers the passionate love story of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele. Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson play the lead roles, respectively.

Further, Jurassic World arrives on the streaming platform. Set 22 years following the events of Jurassic Park, the 2015 film focuses on a new theme park of cloned dinosaurs in Isla Nublar.

Also coming to Netflix is the sequel to Jurassic World, titled Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. It resumes Claire and Owen’s adventures in Isla Nublar. This time, they need to rescue the dinosaurs from an impending volcanic blast.
