“So proud of Daniel Penny!!” she excitedly captioned the post, adding hashtags such as “#apennysaved #hero.” This statement didn’t go unnoticed. Oof.

If the name Jordan Neely rings a bell, it’s for a tragic reason. On May 1, 2023, a 30-year-old man named Jordan Neely lost his life on a subway in New York City.
The medical examiner concluded that Neely’s death was classified as homicide, with the cause determined to be “compression of neck (chokehold).”
Daniel Penny, who took it upon himself to physically restrain Neely due to the latter’s alleged disruptive behavior, faced charges related to the incident.
However, in a surprising turn of events, the jury acquitted Penny of all charges related to criminally negligent homicide in December 2024.

In response to the uproar, Ramona Singer’s representative reached out to Page Six, providing a defense for the reality star that many deemed both outrageous and unfounded.
“Daniel was acquitted and acted in defense of lives,” the representative argued.
The spokesperson then shockingly continued: “Many of the critics are the same individuals who laud Luigi Mangione, an actual murderer.”
