Certainly, there is much for Jutes to anticipate regarding his upcoming tour. The Canadian musician recently released his latest single “Disassociate” on March 25, and he is eager to perform it along with other tracks from his last two albums when his European tour begins on May 2. Touring remains his favorite aspect of being an artist.
“The presence of fans at the show is by far the most significant thing to me,” he stated. “While streams and metrics are interesting and show growth, nothing compares to having a crowd of fans singing along to your songs.”
In August, he will embark on the North American leg of the tour, titled Smile You’re On Tour, which he described as the “biggest thing” he has ever undertaken, all thanks to his fans.
“I finance my tours personally,” Jutes clarified. “For the fans who purchase tickets or merchandise, they are directly supporting the next tour. I cover all expenses out of my own pocket when it comes to touring. Each time we reach a new level, I reinvest what we earned from the last tour into making the next one even better.”
Although he will miss his number one fan Demi while she tours her latest album It’s Not That Deep across the U.S. in the coming month, he emphasized their mutual support for each other.
