Dermot Mulroney and Prima Apollinaare have finalized their divorce.

The actor submitted a declaration in L.A. Superior Court on Friday, informing the judge that he has reached an agreement with Prima to conclude their 14-year marriage.

While specifics of their agreement remain undisclosed, Dermot states they have resolved all key issues — including shared property, child custody, and support for their two minor children, as well as visitation arrangements.

The couple also concurred that spousal support should be included in the proposed judgment, along with attorney fees. All that remains is for the judge to approve the deal.

Last June, Dermot filed for divorce from Prima, and it has been reported that they utilized mediators instead of lawyers, as they remain friends and the situation is amicable.
