As officially announced on December 22, the year 2025 marks the 3rd Annual theFashionSpot Awards. Over on theFashionSpot forums, our loyal forum members have participated in the celebratory event and voted for their respective favorites across a total of eight strong categories. This year saw the introduction of the Photographer of the Year and Stylist of the Year categories, in addition to Designer of the Year, Ready-to-Wear Collection of the Year, Haute Couture Collection of the Year, Model of the Year, Magazine Cover of the Year, and Ad Campaign of the Year.
Should you need reminding, last year’s achievements for 2024 included John Galliano winning Designer of the Year. Lulu Tenney was crowned our Model of the Year. Chloé Fall 2024 received the Collection of the Year award. The viral Maison Margiela Artisanal Haute Couture Spring 2024 collection won our inaugural Haute Couture Collection of the Year award. Steven Meisel’s celebratory 60th anniversary covers of Vogue Italia ultimately won Magazine Cover of the Year, and the Ad Campaign of the Year went to Zara Spring 2024.

The Winner Is… Haider Ackermann!

A massive congratulations and round of applause for Haider Ackermann – our 2025 Designer of the Year! Members of theFashionSpot forums came out in droves to vote for the revered Colombian-born French designer. In September 2024, the Tom Ford brand appointed Ackermann as creative director. The designer staged his highly anticipated debut collection in March to rave reviews from our forum members.
