The 39-year-old actress was a guest on her Glee costar Kevin McHale and Jenna Ushkowitz‘s podcast And That’s What You REALLY Missed recently for a two-part episode.
During the episode, Dianna shared a rare comment about Cory Monteith and Naya Rivera.

“There was not an ungenerous bone in his body,” Dianna said when asked about Cory who tragically passed away while Glee was still airing. Dianna shared a story about Cory gifting her brother a pair of his sunglasses at a pool party because Cory noticed he was squinting in the sun.
She went on to praise the late actor and said, “He was a teddy bear, and I mean that in a way of his kindness and groundedness in himself was so perfect. He was this tall, big brotherly presence in all of our lives.”
Dianna continued on to talk about holding onto these memories with their costars following their passing.
“It’s hard to think of our loved ones from the show not being with us anymore because they feel so present in my heart, body, mind, soul, all of it. And I think that the tenderness that I feel and the memories that I have, and who, you know, both Cory and Naya and Mark [Salling] were as people, as cast members, as our friends and family, that’s just so vivid and that will never dissipate for me ever,” Dianna shared.
