Diddy, following public accusations of sexual misconduct, is dealing with a federal investigation ? an investigation that’s now reportedly attempting to determine what he was doing at one Miami resort.
TMZ stories that federal prosecutors from New York?s highly effective Southern District have subpoenaed an (unnamed) resort within the Florida metropolis. They are asking for data involving Diddy and his ex Daphne Joy, courting all the best way again to 2008.
The subpoena asks not just for details about when Diddy and Joy stayed there, but in addition how they paid, contact data, IP addresses, resort surveillance footage and extra.
The outlet stories that the subpoena was issued inside the previous couple weeks, so it seems the investigation into Diddy continues to be ongoing.
This is just not the primary time the federal authorities has gathered data on Diddy. Back in March, his properties in Miami and Los Angeles have been raided by Homeland Security.

The case is reportedly being dealt with by the Southern District of New York in relation to the a number of allegations not too long ago introduced in opposition to Diddy for sexual harassment and misconduct.
The day after the raids, Diddy?s lawyer Aaron Dyer launched a press release.

This unprecedented ambush ? paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence ? leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits. There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.?
