A man who claims to be one of Diddy‘s former interns alleges he contracted HIV after being drugged and sexually assaulted at an after-party hosted by the music mogul, as detailed in a new lawsuit.
The man, suing under the name “John Doe,” filed the lawsuit against Diddy in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, stating he was pursuing a career in entertainment in late 2014.
Doe mentions that he interned in the music industry previously and eagerly accepted the opportunity to work with Diddy when it arose.

One night, Doe alleges he was taken to a house in Val Verde near LA for a Diddy music shoot, followed by an after-party hosted by Diddy, who he claims engaged him in conversation several times.
Doe states there was an abundance of cocaine, marijuana, and alcohol at the party, but he chose to stick with alcohol and did not partake in any of the drugs available.
After consuming 2 to 3 alcoholic drinks, he began to feel “off,” attributing his wooziness to not eating much that day.
Doe claims he was led into a room as he started to black out and remembers being anally sodomized by an unknown individual before losing consciousness.
After regaining consciousness, he noticed blood coming from his rectum and later visited a clinic for testing for sexually transmitted diseases, which returned negative results.
He asserts that upon retesting months later, he discovered he was infected with HIV, which had not been detected in the initial tests.
Consequently, Doe claims to have experienced severe emotional and psychological distress and is now suing for sexual assault, sexual battery, and more. He is seeking unspecified damages.

Diddy’s legal team responded to the allegations by telling TMZ, “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
