According to TMZ, Djimon alleges that Riza struck him in the face with a closed fist after he tried to evict her from his Atlanta townhouse. Their children were reportedly upstairs during the incident and while they did not witness it, he claims they may have heard it.

Djimon approached the police in December 2025, and an arrest warrant was issued last Friday, as reported by TMZ.

Riza was arrested for “simple assault and obstruction for allegedly providing false information when confronted by officers.”

Djimon also has a 16-year-old son, Kenzo, with ex-partner Kimora Lee Simmons.
