Rosie O’Donnell and Donald Trump continue to keep their long-standing feud alive, showing no signs of reconciliation after more than a decade. Recently, the former president took to Truth Social to stoke the embers of their ongoing conflict, and Rosie was quick to respond, making it clear she was not going to let his remarks slide.

Rosie O’Donnell Calls Out Donald Trump for His Response to the Texas Floods
In a follow-up Instagram post, Rosie expressed her thoughts:
“The president of the USA has always despised the fact that I see him for who he truly is – a criminal, a con man, a sexual abuser, and a liar who prioritizes his own interests over the welfare of our nation. This is why I decided to relocate to Iceland – he embodies danger as a soulless elderly man exhibiting signs of dementia and devoid of empathy, compassion, and basic humanity. I stand firmly against everything he represents, a sentiment shared by millions of others. Are you intending to deport everyone who opposes your nefarious tendencies? You are a bad joke incapable of forming a coherent sentence,” Rosie articulated.
Unpacking the Recent Controversy Between Trump and Rosie O’Donnell
The heated exchange coincided with Trump’s announcement of a significant disaster declaration for Kerr County and his intention to visit the flood-impacted region. He remarked, “It’s a horrible thing that took place, absolutely horrible,” when addressing reporters. However, when questioned about his plans to eliminate FEMA, he responded evasively, stating it was an issue “we can talk about later.” Additionally, he confirmed there are no intentions to reinstate the federal meteorologists who were dismissed earlier this year due to budget cuts.
Upon hearing Rosie O’Donnell’s sharp criticism regarding his leadership during the disaster, Trump retorted:
“Given that Rosie O’Donnell does not have our Great Country’s best interests at heart, I am seriously contemplating revoking her Citizenship. She poses a Threat to Humanity and should remain in the wonderful Country of Iceland, if they wish to keep her. GOD BLESS AMERICA!” Trump declared.
The animosity between Rosie and Trump has been simmering for almost two decades, originating from a public dispute on ‘The View’ back in 2006. Although Rosie was initially a guest at Trump’s wedding to Marla Maples, their relationship took a dramatic turn for the worse, leading to ongoing tension. With their war of words reignited, the public is once again captivated by their unfolding drama.
