Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, and Josh Gad are reportedly set to earn significant paydays for their roles in two upcoming Frozen films.

Having each earned $15 million for Frozen 2, which included upfront fees and bonuses, they are expected to receive substantial increases for the next installments.

This payday “includes upfront fees and back end bonus payments in each case,” with an upfront payment of $20 million per actor. Bonuses will be “linked to the film’s financial performance.”

The report also mentions that Jennifer Lee is returning to direct after stepping down from her position as CCO of Walt Disney Animation Studios in 2024.

The first Frozen film premiered in 2013 and grossed $1.2 billion worldwide. Frozen 2, released in 2019, earned $1.45 billion globally.
