Britt saves Ned’s life
As Gio and Emma leave Bobbie’s, they find Ned gasping for air on the floor due to his heart attack. Britt comes out of the restaurant and performs CPR while Emma calls 911. They rush him to the hospital. At the hospital, Lucas and Liz discuss Lucas’s decision to move in with Marco at Wyndemere.
Dante’s new role as acting commissioner
Laura asks Dante to step in as the acting commissioner. Given the current situation, he wants all hands on deck and hires Nathan. Dante intends for Nathan to partner with Chase, who is becoming too involved with Willow’s case. With Nathan as his partner, Dante can monitor Chase’s actions closely.
Brook Lynn’s concerns about Chase
Chase confides in Brook that he has been secretly trying to assist with Willow’s case. While she appreciates his intentions, she worries that Chase solving the case could jeopardize his job. Nevertheless, she admits her love for him has grown even more.
Willow’s out of jail?
Michael and Jacinda enjoy a dinner date discussing their interest in camping when Nina arrives with Wiley for a sundae. This leads to a heated exchange between Michael and Nina. After discussing Jacinda’s past and Willow’s situation, Michael persuades Nina to take a picture of them. Later, Willow walks into the restaurant and sees the three having a good time.
Lulu’s worries and Ned’s surgery
Lulu expresses her concerns to Olivia about Britt taking her embryo. She mentions that her son’s interest in Britt is troubling. They both agree that Britt cannot be trusted and that Rocco will learn this firsthand. Soon after, they receive a call from Gio about Ned’s condition and rush to the hospital where Lucas informs them that Ned needs bypass surgery.
Heist in motion
Britt instructs Danny, Charlotte, and Rocco to retrieve her items from Bobbie’s. The kids realize this could be their opportunity to assist Emma by obtaining the key fob and potentially breaking into Dalton’s lab.
