Besides a stellar cast consisting of household names like Jack Black, Jason Momoa, Jennifer Coolidge, and more, the movie has also treated fans with glimpses of their favorite gaming and Minecraft content creators.

DanTDM is one of the most recognizable names among gaming YouTubers. He mostly focuses on posting Minecraft Let’s Play videos, but has dabbled in other popular games as well. He launched his channel in 2012 and currently boasts almost 30 million subscribers. Middleton’s dedication and proficiency in the game have earned him a cameo in A Minecraft Movie.
2) Aphmau (Jessica Bravura)
Another popular name in the Minecraft YouTube community, Aphmau, specializes in Minecraft role-playing videos that are scripted and follow a narrative, unlike regular Let’s Plays content. Her main channel has over 23 million subscribers, and she also has several other channels.
3) Mumbo Jumbo (Oli Brotherhood)
Mumbo Jumbo gained popularity on YouTube after posting fun videos on Minecraft, focusing mainly on the usage of redstone. He also began making Minecraft SMP videos on private, invite-only server Hermitcraft. Further, the movie also paid tribute to the late YouTuber Technoblade, who sadly passed away in 2022 due to cancer. In the movie, Henry and Steve come across a pig wearing a crown that fans quickly recognized as Technoblade’s YouTube icon. When Henry asked whether the pig was a king, Steve responded with a proud, “No, that’s a legend.”
In addition to these content creators, popular streamer Valkyrae was supposed to have an appearance in A Minecraft Movie as well. However, her cameo didn’t make the final cut.
