Teddi Mellencamp and Shep Rose are spilling the sweet tea on their days as childhood friends.
In fact, the Bravo stars recently reunited to reminisce about their days growing up together in Hilton Head, South Carolina amid The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum's recent battle with cancer.
"In case you all didn’t know my hometown friend @teddimellencamp recently had several tumors removed from her brain," Shep wrote on Instagram March 17 along with an adorable pic of the two friends hugging. "There’s still lots to battle but we decided to meet up if she was up for it. We met in Encino, a magical village in the valley."
"As soon as i saw teddi and gave her a hug we argued about where to sit," the Southern Charm star continued. "She then rather bluntly announced 'i almost died and i still might - make a decision for once Shepard.' We then proceeded to just laugh. We love dark humor and Teddi is the queen of it."
The 44-year-old concluded his post, "She has a keen interest and derives much pleasure in my misadventures . Which i think means that she loves me."
Teddi—who recently underwent emergency surgery to remove multiple masses from her brain—shared the same smiley photo with the caption, "Teasing @relationshep was the perfect pre-radiation thing I could think of."
The reality stars shared more insight into their decades-old bond by answering fan questions on Instagram.
As Teddi noted, “It's funny that your memories are coming to my house and my memories are going to yours,” adding that her favorite event of the year was Shep's family Christmas party.
“It was like, honestly, getting into the Met Gala,” the 43-year-old recounted. “He would check the list to see if we would get in.”
Shep had his own fond memories of fun times at the Mellencamp home. “Teddi had a great house on the beach," he shared, "and we would all ride our bikes over there and jump in the pool."
Teddi—who shares kids Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 5, with estranged husband Edwin Arroyave—also made a point to clarify their friendship was only platonic.
“I'm one of the only people in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina that did not make out with Shep,” she told fans, to which he replied, “That's true. It's very unfortunate. I know it's one of your biggest regrets.”
As for how Teddi is recovering after going under the knife last month to have some of the masses removed, she recently started radiation on March 17 to tackle additional tumors doctors found in her brain and lungs.
Noting that "immunotherapy kind of kicks your butt," the accountability coach wrote to fans on social media, "Always trying to find a bit of the positive. Apparently the more that immunotherapy kicks your butt, the more it's working, that's what I'm told. That's why I can only do the immunotherapy every three weeks, whereas my radiation, for example, that I start on Monday, I do for a week straight."
