Whether you’re an avid reader of Vogue Mexico or not, there is no denying that Karla Martínez de Salas is a great fit for the magazine. After all, as head of editorial content, the editor (who has headed up the Mexican fashion bible since 2016) has welcomed the likes of model-of-the-moment Angelina Kendall, and actresses Rachel Zegler and Cameron Diaz as cover girls throughout 2025 alone. Up next on the cover of Vogue Mexico is Bad Bunny. The Puerto Rican-born American rapper graces the May 2025 edition, becoming the title’s first-ever solo male cover throughout its storied history. The “Debi Tirar Mas Fotos” hitmaker poses for photographer Sebastian Faena for the occasion, with cover shoot stylist Andrew Mukamal selecting a crisp white shirt and vest from Calvin Klein for Bad Bunny to wear in the cover shot.

“ANOTHER man on the cover of Vogue! So annoying. Lord, make it stop,” pleaded matheus_s.
Ivano shared: “First solo man on the cover of Vogue Mexico, but doesn’t make a difference when we have seen several males in the last five years worldwide!”
“Ew,” voiced a less than impressed oaklee91 upon checking out the cover.
Avonlea wasn’t exactly applauding the magazine’s seemingly best efforts either. “Bad Bunny and Sebastian Faena, it couldn’t get more insufferable,” they noted.
“Horrible, but this is consistent of Vogue Mexico,” commented Xone.
