The long-running medical drama Grey’s Anatomy shut down production as national protests take place across the United States.

According to Variety, filming for Grey’s Anatomy season 22 shut down on Friday, January 30, in solidarity with the national anti-ICE protests. Multiple members of the crew had already planned to be no-shows on set, which forced executives to delay filming. Everyone will be back on the set on Saturday, January 31.
