At least 15 people were killed during a mass shooting at a Hanukkah celebration at Bondi Beach, Australia, on Sunday … and TMZ has disturbing video capturing the terrorist attack as it unfolded.

In the footage … beachgoers are seen protecting one another as gunshots ring out above them. Clutching chairs and anything they can use for cover, families are heard screaming and frantically calling out to each other amidst the chaos.

Police sirens can be faintly heard in the distance, but still too far away to provide any safety from the assailants targeting them.

As reported … one of the shooters was among the deceased in what officials described as a cowardly and targeted attack on the Jewish community.

According to authorities, the attackers positioned themselves on a pedestrian bridge overlooking Bondi Park before unleashing a barrage of bullets onto the crowd gathered near the playground.

Police reportedly stated that one suspect had been on a watchlist, although not deemed an immediate threat.

The surviving gunman was taken into custody and is currently hospitalized in critical condition.

The Washington Post reports that a father and son are accused of carrying out the attack. According to the outlet, the father — a 50-year-old man — was killed, while his 24-year-old son was reportedly taken into custody.
