Kelley Wolf is facing legal issues again in Utah, having been jailed for two misdemeanors after posting a series of disturbing messages on Instagram, according to TMZ.
Kelley, the estranged wife of “Party of Five” star Scott Wolf, was arrested Tuesday night and booked into Summit County Jail for electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.
She has not yet appeared before a judge, so no bail has been set. The police have not provided a detailed account of the situation, but we have reached out to them and are awaiting a response.
Last night, Kelley shared several alarming messages on her Instagram, one indicating that she was being arrested without knowing the reason.
She expressed confusion and fear about being taken to jail, asserting that she is not suicidal and does not have any mental health disorders.
In June, Kelley made a desperate 911 call requesting police assistance to retrieve her belongings from the Park City home she shares with Scott, her soon-to-be ex-husband.
During that call, Kelley disclosed that she had a heated argument with her 16-year-old son over a cell phone and clashed with her brother-in-law. She also described Scott as being “controlling” and “insane” amid their ongoing divorce.

Earlier that day, Kelley was at the Sundance Mountain Resort in Sundance, UT, where sheriff deputies detained her after someone overheard concerning remarks directed at family members and called the police.
Kelley was handcuffed and escorted by police from a building at the resort after making unsubstantiated allegations of abuse against Scott.
