Ice Spice point blank refused to call Taylor Swift while on Kai Cenat’s livestream alongside Latto.
The duo appeared together on the popular streamer’s broadcast after squashing their feud and releasing the collaboration “Gyatt”.
During the stream, Cenat brought up the fact that Ice Spice is friends with Swift and asked her if she would FaceTime the mega star.
The female MC shut him down and commented: “No, ‘cause if she don’t answer, I’mma lose aura.”
She then added: “You peer pressuring me into calling my best contact.”
Latto then asked Ice Spice what she would say to Swift to which she replied: “I don’t know, just say hi.”
Cenat continued to try and push Spice to phone Swift and use her recent engagement to Travis Kelce as an excuse.
He said: “What if you call her to say ‘congratulations’? Come on. Think about it. If it go through, your aura will go through the roof. Your aura don’t mess up,” however the rapper refused to give in.
Spice previously discussed her friendship with Swift in an interview with Variety.
She said: “That’s my sis. We was talking about a bunch of things. She’s so funny. We was sipping on a little something something. Just chatting, vibing.”
She also revealed how their collaboration came about: “What I took away from Taylor’s documentary is you really do need to work hard, and not everything is going to be as easy as it seems. And my manager heard me talking about that and had reached out to her team, and then they had a song for me.”
