“I used to struggle with being overweight throughout much of my life. My weight-loss journey was lengthy and challenging. I’ve always had a more athletic build but never truly felt in shape,” Khloe shared during her appearance on the “She MD” podcast.
“I weighed 204 pounds when I gave birth, and I thought to myself, ‘How am I going to tackle this again?’ It took me so long to lose the weight the first time,” she recalled, discussing her past experiences with weight management.
“However, armed with the right tools and resources, I managed to shed my pregnancy weight much quicker than I had with my previous weight challenges,” she added, emphasizing the difference in her approach this time around.

Interestingly, Khloe shared that one of the pivotal strategies in her weight loss plan involves consuming seven small, nutritious meals throughout the day.
These meals are designed to be both healthy and satisfying, helping her manage hunger while implementing various lifestyle modifications.
“I would, for instance, eliminate all sodas from my diet. Gradually, I would remove one item at a time,” she explained, detailing her methodical approach.
“I would maintain that change for a week before cutting out another food item because I realized I had tried every diet imaginable in my younger years,” she added, reflecting on her past experiences with dieting.
Clearly, whatever strategies she has adopted are yielding positive results. Despite the negativity from some, Khloe undeniably looks fantastic and radiates confidence.
