“Folks, I have seen the chatter on Twitter. ‘Oh, Wyatt Hayes! Troy Barrett! Ohhh!’” Jack began in his video. “Jacob Tierney, I’m available for that second season. Just putting that out there. I’m from southern Ontario, I played Single-A, center and left wing. Preferred center though. [University of Toronto] 2019 intramural champions. I know my way around a puck, let’s just say that brother. Let’s make magic.”
Fans also observed that Jacob followed Jack on Instagram.
The majority of fans have suggested Jack for the role of Wyatt Hayes, who is the goalie for the Ottawa Centaurs, the team that Ilya Rozanov joins in “The Long Game,” which will be the central focus of the upcoming second season. He also features in “Tough Guy,” the third book in Rachel Reid‘s “Game Changers” series.
Additionally, some fans have proposed that Jack take on the role of Troy Barrett, who also plays for the Centaurs and serves as the protagonist/love interest in the fifth book, “Role Model.”
Last year, Jack candidly discussed his sexuality and a moment when he questioned it.
