Jonathan Owens Reveals Who’s the Better Athlete: Simone Biles

Simone Biles Proudly Acknowledges Her Status as an ?Olympic Champion? While Celebrating with Husband Jonathan Owens

Jonathan Owens clearly recognizes who holds the title of the Greatest of All Time (GOAT) in their home.

The Chicago Bears athlete openly declared his wife, Simone Biles, as the superior athlete, showcasing his admiration and respect for her incredible achievements.

During a conversation with Sports Illustrated in a video shared on X on January 16, which was filmed at their Sportsperson of the Year event, he humorously stated, “I’m not doing no backflips,” highlighting Simone’s unparalleled gymnastics prowess.

Even though she excels in athletics, Simone, 27, readily acknowledged that when it comes to being an enthusiastic cheerleader, her husband Jonathan, 29, clearly takes the lead.

“He knows more about the game and truly stays focused,” the Olympic gymnast explained. “After the first half, I tend to lose track of what’s happening in the game.”

Jonathan chimed in, saying, “I’ll be totally invested in the game. She?ll hear all the crowd noise and be like, ?What happened??? emphasizing their different levels of engagement during sporting events.

Despite the differences, Jonathan expressed his appreciation for Simone’s support, adding, “It’s the thought that counts,” showing that their connection goes beyond just cheering.

The newlywed couple, who tied the knot in April 2023, also playfully debated their cooking and fashion skills, with both agreeing that Simone is the superior chef, although she jokingly remarked that Jonathan has a better sense of style, saying, “I just wear sweats,” highlighting their light-hearted banter.
