June Forecast Insights by Julia Berolzheimer

As we welcome the month of June, a significant transformation occurs: schools close their doors, bags are packed, and we embrace the true essence of summer. The atmosphere is charged with a blend of excitement and a hint of chaos as we tie up loose ends at home, meticulously organize our travel plans, and skillfully balance work obligations with much-needed relaxation. We are fully immersing ourselves in this transitional phase, gearing up for an eagerly anticipated vacation while simultaneously completing some important behind-the-scenes projects that have been in the works for a while.

Current Adventures and Upcoming Plans

  • With the school year behind us, we are embarking on our inaugural adventure of the summer season: a captivating trip to Greece. Our journey will span just over three weeks, during which we will explore three stunning islands — Paros, Mykonos, and Spetses — by staying in charming villas on each. We’ll conclude our vacation at Amanzoe, a luxurious destination we have both longed to experience for years.
  • Before we depart, a whirlwind of activity is taking place. We are diligently finalizing the last components of our new JB website — a project that has been quietly evolving for several months and is now coming together in a way that feels incredibly fulfilling.
  • Thomas and I are also taking a leap by investing in a new company that we believe embodies genuine purpose and potential. Concurrently, we are beginning to develop a couple of innovative tech projects — one aimed at enhancing my daily workflow, and another that may evolve into a more widely shared initiative in the future.
  • Despite not watching much television this year (my usual routine involves diving into books and hitting the bed early), I recently discovered Sirens on Netflix, and I must say, it is surprisingly delightful. The show possesses a lighthearted charm and an offbeat quality that keeps me engaged without drawing me too deeply into the narrative.
  • Another task occupying my time: packing. I find myself surrounded by an abundance of packing. A few key items already nestled in my suitcase include:
This stylish tassel terry set (top)
This comfortable tassel terry set (shorts)
    This vibrant turquoise bikini
    These beautiful Dinosaur Design bracelets
    My favorite pieces from Pucci:
    Halter top
    Mini skirt
    One-piece swimsuit
    Chic pieces from Emporio Sirenuse:
    Top
    Trousers
  • For the girls, I’ve included in their packing:
A lovely blue & white floral one-piece swimsuit
    Crochet-trimmed white pants
    A vibrant smocked rainbow dress
    A sweet blue dress
    A turquoise one-piece swimsuit
  • This week, I’m excited to host jewelry designer Arielle Ratner in Charleston. This opportunity arose while collaborating on a custom piece together — my very first from her stunning collection. Her work is not only thoughtful and sculptural but also highly wearable for everyday occasions.
  • To simplify meal preparations during this busy time before we travel, I’ve ordered Sakara. It always feels like a touch of quiet luxury to have nutritious meals readily available in the fridge — especially on those hectic days. Use my code JULIABSAKARA to receive 20% off your order.

My Current Fashion Essentials

  • I’ve been consistently reaching for this SET workout set. I’ve maintained a rigorous workout regimen — hitting the gym five to six times a week, and at this stage, I find myself needing to order another set because I’m constantly washing and reusing it:
    SET top
    SET bottoms
  • I’m taking my chic blue and white Valentino tote to Greece — it will serve as my go-to carry-all bag throughout the summer. I also adore this similar version from Sezane, which is priced under $200.
  • Here are a few other fashionable pieces I’ve been gravitating towards lately:
A white tie-front top that I plan to pair with easy linen pants this summer
These stylish Le Monde Beryl wedge mules that I recently wore here: 5.30 and 5.29
Sunglasses that I frequently get asked about.
An Attersee shirt — after months of searching, I finally found the perfect ivory button-down shirt, and this one truly hits the mark.
