Kandi Burruss is revealing new details about her divorce from Todd Tucker. According to new documents obtained by TMZ, Kandi claims Todd has been living in her guest house since their separation. Furthermore, Burruss states that he hasn’t been providing financial support for their two children, Ace and Blaze Tucker.

Kandi Burruss Accuses Todd Tucker Of Squatting In Her Guest House

Kandi Burruss is not holding back on Todd Tucker. In new documents, she’s calling him out for not paying to stay in her guest house or helping with their children. The former ‘RHOA’ star claims Tucker has been residing in her Atlanta guest house since their split in November 2025. Burruss asserts that the property belongs to her and was purchased prior to their marriage. Additionally, Kandi notes that Todd hasn’t contributed to any expenses for the home’s maintenance — including utilities, gas, lawn care, water, pest control, and alarm system fees.

That’s not all! She also accuses her estranged husband of failing to provide for their son Ace and daughter Blaze. Although he portrays himself as an “active dad” on social media, Burruss claims he hasn’t helped pay for their tuition fees, school supplies, or child support.

Where Is Todd In All Of This?

So far, Todd hasn’t responded to Kandi’s allegations, but he has continued to post on Instagram. Most recently, he shared a photo of his son Ace after what appeared to be his basketball team’s championship victory. Other photos showed Ace posing with the team on the court, followed by a video of him shooting the ball. Todd captioned the post, “@acetucker stay ballin!”

Kandi Reiterates Todd’s Financial Negligence

Although Kandi is making new claims about Todd’s lack of financial assistance, she has criticized him previously for not supporting their children. In January, the reality star filed court documents requesting a hearing to determine parenting time and child support. She stated that their kids have “significant monthly expenses,” including a nanny, tuition, extracurricular activities, birthday parties, medical bills, and daily needs. She claims Todd hasn’t contributed his fair share and has left the financial burden solely on her, according to Us Weekly. Despite this, Kandi mentions that he has traveled internationally multiple times for vacations. Burruss also pointed out that Tucker works as a self-employed entrepreneur and has the means to support their children. She added that he doesn’t contribute to the mortgage or cover expenses for their marital home.

“Tucker does not exercise parenting time with the minor children on a significant basis despite the façade of his two-to-three-minute social media videos chronicling his ‘Daddy Daycare’ on his social media platforms,” Kandi noted in her filing.
