Karamo Brown Exits ‘Queer Eye’ Press Amid Cast Drama Rumors

Queer Eye‘s Karamo Brown has recently been the topic of discussion after he unexpectedly withdrew from press events for season 10.

Before his appearance on CBS Mornings, his assistant informed Gayle King that he was worried about “bullying,” and the remaining Fab Five, Antoni Porowski, Jeremiah Brent, Jonathan Van Ness, and Tan France, reacted to the news live.

A short time later, it was revealed that he had unfollowed most of the cast except for Jeremiah, suggesting some underlying drama.

Now, TMZ is reporting on what allegedly occurred during the filming of the final season of the Netflix series last year.

The site reports that Karamo‘s mother visited the set one day and wore a headset to hear the dialogue while filming.

At one point, while Karamo was away, his mother reportedly overheard dialogue from Antoni, Tan, and Jonathan. TMZ claims they “were overheard speaking negatively about Karamo, including criticizing certain lifestyle choices he makes.” She then allegedly informed Karamo about what she heard.

Tan, Antoni, and Jonathan have not issued any statements in response at this time.
