Unlike her estranged husband, Desmond Scott, she hasn’t issued a statement about her infidelity allegations against him. However, if you ask fans, her photo content is saying more than enough. On Wednesday (Jan. 14), she riled up supporters by sharing a cryptic caption and photos posing inside her and Desmond’s newly built home.

Kristy Scott Shows Off Burgundy Look In Newly-Built Marital Home
It took less than a week after Kristy Sarah filed for divorce for the world (and their 31+ million followers) to find out about it. She filed in Texas on December 30, and by January 6 had dug up and pushed out the heartbreaking marriage update. One day later, Desmond Scott spoke out on Instagram Stories, apologizing to Kristy, their family and their supporters while admitting he made choices he’s not proud of after asking her to separate. By Monday (Jan. 12), Kristy was back on the ‘gram, namely Instagram Stories. Again, no mention of her divorce or status with Desmond Scott. Instead, Kristy shared a look at her BBQ lunch and a mirror video of her burgundy, two-piece “outfit of the night.” She also reposted content praising her $10,000 and other donations to a nonprofit.
But those lil’ posts haven’t stopped the questions! And while she’s still not giving answers, fans are wondering if she’s dropping hints about who will keep what in the divorce. Earlier this week, she posted another update: installed drapes. But on Wednesday, Kristy Scott hinted at more than an upgrade. All five photos in her post show her posing throughout the luxurious home, from chucking her deuces up while lying on kitchen counter to serving curves near their modern grand staircase. What Did The Divorce Petition Reveal?
The status of whether Desmond Scott has actually left his marital home remains unclear. He hasn’t addressed it, and from the looks of it, Kristy is only speaking through her photos! The initial news of the divorce also claimed that she and Desmond had plans to stop living together soon, but no official date has been reported.
But that’s not all the petition revealed. According to US Weekly, the estranged couple has entered into a “martial property agreement,” which defines their rights to their shared and solo properties. Kristy Sarah wants the court to enforce that agreement, which will include division of their community estate. US Weekly states that estate is likely the “dream home” mentioned above. Additionally, Kristy revealed she owns property that she’d like the court to treat separately. “…Nothing in this petition should be construed as a challenge,” she wrote.

The couple’s sons, Vance and Westin, are also part of the conversation as they plan to submit a written co-parenting agreement. However, if they can’t decide on custody arrangements and support issues, Kristy Scott reportedly wants the court to make those decisions for them. Speaking of names, Kristy wants to revert her last name back to Small legally. Despite filing for divorce, Kristy wants Desmond to cover attorney fees, court costs and any related expenses.
If fans are holding out hope for reconciliation in their marriage, Kristy Scott’s paperwork suggests otherwise! It clearly states that Desmond “committed adultery,” and that their marriage “has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities.”. Because of this situation, the petition indicates what has been destroyed is“the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship,”, preventing“any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”. What remains unclear is the details surrounding Desmond’s alleged adultery.
