Kelley Mack, celebrated for her memorable performance as Addy in the acclaimed series The Walking Dead, along with her notable guest appearances on popular shows like 9-1-1 and Chicago Med, passed away on August 2, as announced by her family on social media. She was just 33 years old, leaving behind a legacy that touched many hearts.

“It is with profound sorrow that we share the news of our beloved Kelley’s passing,” her sister Kathryn stated in an emotional Instagram post dated August 5. “A vibrant and passionate light has transitioned to the next realm, a journey we all must eventually undertake.”

In the heartfelt message, Kathryn shared that Kelley, whose full name was Kelley Lynne Klebenow, departed this world “peacefully,” surrounded by her mother Kristen and aunt Karen. The touching statement expressed, “Kelley has already appeared to many of her friends and family in the form of beautiful butterflies. Her absence will be deeply felt by so many, in ways words cannot fully convey.”
