Three Days Grace is on top yet again!
The rock group known for “I Hate Everything About You” has achieved another No. 1 single with “Kill Me Fast,” which has just reached the top of the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart, marking their 20th No. 1 on this chart.
The song was produced by Zakk Cervini, Dan Lancaster, and Howard Benson, and it is the third single from their recent album Alienation.
Their previous hits, “Mayday” and “Apologies,” also topped the charts.

They have also recently joined the Spotify “Billions Club” with their 2003 hit “I Hate Everything About You.”

The band’s original singer Adam Gontier returned alongside singer Matt Walst, guitarist Barry Stock, drummer Neil Sanderson, and bassist Brad Walst for their eighth studio album.
Adam described the song’s meaning: “‘Kill Me Fast’ is one of my favorite songs this band has ever written. It’s about ripping the band-aid off. It’s a plea to someone who’s already halfway out the door, to just let you go. Don’t keep me hanging on while you figure your life out. It’s about the slow torture of not knowing where you stand. That moment when silence hurts more than the truth, and you’re begging for the cut just to stop the bleeding.”
