The star of Kardashians was seen with the seven-time Formula 1 champion during a recent trip to Tokyo, amidst ongoing romance rumors, as captured in photos shared on social media on March 22.
During their outing, Kim, 45, wore a long-sleeved gray dress featuring a thigh-high slit and black patterned boots while she wrapped her arm around Lewis, 41, who sported a brown jacket and baggy pants. They were accompanied by Kim’s sister Khloe Kardashian, who chose a white collared shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers.
The mother of four—who shares children North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 6, with ex-husband Kanye West—appeared to be in high spirits, smiling as she turned towards Khloe, 41, in a fan video from the excursion.
A few days prior, Kim attended Vanity Fair’s 2026 Oscars after-party in Los Angeles alone; however, Lewis—who was unable to attend the awards due to a scheduling conflict—eventually made his presence felt by leaving a flirty heart-eyed emoji in the comments of the reality star’s Instagram post showcasing the gold Gucci gown she wore to the event.
